Red rock country is a beautiful place to visit, but personally I wouldn’t care to live here. Too dry, dusty, and waaay too hot in the afternoons. A few days here and human skin resembles lizard scales. But watching the sunrise on those orange-golden cliffs outside our campsite in the morning is uplifting. And the geology behind the hoodoos, arches, bridges, buttes, and fins is nothing short of amazing.
Add in excellent thin-crust pizza from Paradox Pizza delivered to our RV door last night and you have another fine day of growing American style.
